The platform, its original content, features, stencils designs, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rangrez Henna and its licensors. Our designs, trademarks, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Rangrez Henna. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our stencil designs will result in immediate legal action to protect our business and creators.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our reusable henna stencils. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are fully accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We are committed to delivering your orders as swiftly as possible. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

• Kerala: 2-3 business days
• South India: 3-6 business days
• North India: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party logistics partners, natural disasters, or situations beyond our control.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped. You must report any such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

In no event shall Rangrez Henna, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rangrez Henna and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Kerala, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
